Invoice branding gets better

If you do business offshore or run more than one business under the same company structure you will love this new feature. It allows you to personalise the invoice and statement layout, by changing a whole bunch of things including titles, font and terms so that you can create new themes for different audiences and scenarios. Fixed asset importer

Just about everyone needs to keep a record of fixed assets for depreciation and tax purposes, but entering these individually into Xero can be a bit of a chore. Now you can import your entire list all in one go! Here's how it works.

Negative percentages in Bank Rules

This one’s in response to your requests. So if you have net amounts, which already account for tax or commission, you can now use negative percentages in Bank Rules to automatically recognise the full amount of the transaction. See Help for more.

Yodlee Update

We’ve been working hard to make automatic daily bank feeds much more widely available and our integration with online banking solution provider Yodlee is now in the testing stages. After first making this service available in Australia in September we’re aiming to then introduce this in all other regions from November. So downloading bank statements will soon be a thing of the past! Stay tuned to our blog for the latest.

simPRO wonder pen is here

The Aussies are loving this integration and now you can save yourself some late nights doing the paperwork. Using the simPRO Mobile Digital Pen staff on the road can complete an invoice sheet using a pen and paper and then the data is electronically sent and updated in Xero. Watch this short video to witness the magic.
